Siva is an entrepreneur with a vision. He is the Founding Director & Managing Partner of Gurus International Management Consultancy, Dubai and a Director of Qadit Systems & Solutions (P) Ltd., India for their global business. Prior to this, Siva was in the capacity of Finance Director – Middle East and India Region for a US based billion dollar multinational company serving Oil & Gas Industry.

Experience : 25+ years

22+ years experience in Finance, Banking, Project Management & BPR having specialization in areas such as M&A Advisory, Strategic Consulting & BPR. He worked for Mashreq for 12+ years in several capacities and prior to that with Standard Chartered (Scope), GE Capital, Tata Coffee and ICFAI in India. He invests actively into select opportunities and assists several entrepreneurs to create successful corporates.

He is a certified Green Belt, Black Belt and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He sits on the boards of several technology companies in India, UAE and Singapore. His vision is to set up a school to enable identification and grooming of talent from the unfocused segments of the society where latent raw talent is available in plenty. He believes in working with projects that have positive impact on the broader society like education, healthcare and social ventures.

Salman is the Client Relations Director at Gurus with a focus on building and maintaining key relations with both clients and solution providers.

Salman Qureshi holds 15 plus years of working for MNCs in various industries including Barclays and Halliburton. A strong background in Management Consultancy has set up Salman to provide the right solutions along with efficient execution of those processes.

Qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young (London) in 1985. Soon afterwards joined their office in Dubai as an audit senior. Upon his return to UK in 1988, Wazzan joined KPMG in Cardiff South Wales. Wazzan left in 1990 to establish his own corporate advisory business. He did this for 10 years and then returned to employment by joining Begbies Traynor ( the largest independent Insolvency firm in UK) to establish a business turnaround and restructuring division. In 2008 Wazzan returned to Dubai and has been here ever since. Between 2008 to date ,Wazzan has been focusing on advising family businesses, particularly those in distress.

Key Skills : Corporate Turnaround and Restructuring SME Business Finance, Advising banks on their non performing loan portfolios, Business Strategy development and implementation particularly for distressed enterprises, Acting as Interim CEO, CFO and CRO.

Hariharan Ramachandran is a qualified Finance Professional and Wealth Manager with 22+ years of experience in the fields of Finance, Taxation, wealth creation and management. He is currently handling the wealth of High Net worth and corporate clients.

Prior to being the CEO of Alfa Global Group, he was managing and total investment portfolio of USD 500 Millions, for Euro Star Groups and other Family Offices, for more than a decade. He managed to outperform the Global Market even during the year of global market recession, which became to key success and motivation to be an independent Wealth Manager. He has in depth knowledge in the subject and his quick decision making ability, are the two key factors for success in career.

Mr. K P Reyes is a CPA from USA and carries with him an experience of more than 15 years in the Fields of Accounting, Audit and Finance. Mr. Reyes has been in UAE for the past 15 years working with several leading professional firms.

Rushdi is an ACCA member and has over 7 years experience in the world of business, accounting and finance.

Rushdi completed his articleship with a top firm to back his knowledge and technical aptitude before working with the largest heights company in the MENA region. He also had a stint with ENOC with the corporate strategy team during which he developed invaluable oil & gas industry knowledge.

His portfolio covers various industries which includes Real Estate, Healthcare, Banking, Financial institutions, investments, Oil & Gas, Health care and Consulting services.

Krishnan is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 18 years of experience. He is a Qualified Information Systems Auditor and ISO 9000 Lead auditor. Krishnan is the Managing Partner of the Firm in Chennai.

Having travelled extensively, he has experience in business planning and advisory, joint ventures, M&A, capital raising, business reorganisation and restructuring, ERP development and implementation, IT strategy and implementation.

Information Technology professional with experience in various Industries with International exposure. Have worked in various big corporate in India like Murugappa Group, Birla Group and Apollo Hospital Group. Apart from IT, he has got good exposure in Various Functions of Big Corporate. In the International Arena worked in Genesis InfoTech solutions and instrumental in setting up of Office in Middle east from conceptualize to operations.

Sudhir has varied experience of working with public accounting, oil & gas, infrastructure and real estate industries. He has worked with Conoco Philips, Ernst & Young , Price Waterhouse & Coopers and a large integrated real estate developer in Middle East.

His domain competencies includes capital raising & structuring, working capital & liquidity management, business strategy & planning, budgeting & forecasting, business reorganization, financial reporting, MIS, risk management, information systems implementation etc.

With more than 4 decades of experience, Baier has worked for a multinational German company under the capacity of Project Site Manager, Documentation Manager, preparing tenders for international clients for SCADA/Communication systems all over the world.

His experience includes working as Project Manager in Philippines, Metro communication systems – Bangkok Metro system, National Control Centre Systems in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, SCADA Sub Station, Yugoslavia Railways.
